I bought into the TeeVee program based on the premise of obtaining television access for less money than traditional cable or satetillite service. Unfortunately the service was inconsistent with frequent internet interruptions.

The screen would freeze and only restart after having to reboot the system by disconnecting the electric connection. After a while the TeeVee box began malfunctioning by not staying connected, with the power just going off inspite of being connected to the electricity. I finally reached my breaking point with paying for a service I was not receiving after the customer service rep. informed to get a new box, I would have to send it to the factory in Rochester for testing, and if a replacement box would be sent if the device could not be repaired.

The problem with this is I would be paying for a service I was not receiving during the repair process. I cancelled the service and would not recommend it to anyone.
